In Store Gift Cards

We now offer in store gift cards. Cards can be purchased in store with us.

Please note the following terms and conditions on their usage:

 

• • Validity
    Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the card will no longer be accepted.

  • Redemption
    Gift cards may be redeemed in-store only at Books and Crannies. They cannot be used for online transactions.

  • Credit Limits
    Gift cards may be issued with a minimum value of £10 and a maximum value of £50. Top-ups or additional credit cannot be added once the card has been issued.

  • Partial Use and Balance Retention
    If the full value of the gift card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the card and may be used towards future in-store purchases until the expiry date. No change will be given.

  • Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable
    Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to obtain cash refunds. Where goods purchased with a gift card are returned, a replacement gift card or store credit will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.

  • Lost & Stolen Cards
    Books and Crannies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, and such cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

  • Balance Enquiries
    The remaining balance on a gift card can be checked in-store upon request.

  • Acceptance of Terms
    Purchase or use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
